I have lived in Richmond all of my life, and have been selling real estate there for nearly 20 years.  Recently I have been spending about half of my time in Langley, Surrey, and North Delta  because many of my clients are moving into those areas for all different reasons (mostly because of what you get for your money).   As a result, my business is now shared between Richmond/South Delta and now Langley, Surrey and North Delta.
