I have lived in Richmond all of my life, and have been selling real estate there for over 20 years. Recently I have been spending more time in South Delta, Langley, Surrey, and North Delta because many of my clients are moving into those areas for all different reasons (mostly because of what you get for your money). As a result, my business is now growing into Richmond/South Delta, Cloverdale, Langley, Surrey and North Delta.
